Shipping & Delivery
Your order will be delivered First class via Royal Mail within 3-5 working days of your order being placed. During busy times this may be longer. All items are securely packaged by using board envelopes for single orders or padded envelopes for larger orders.
Returns & Replacements
All my handmade cards are produced to the highest quality. If, however, you receive goods that do not meet your expectations for whatever reason, you can return them in an unused condition within 14 days for a refund or exchange.
To request a return, please use the email contact on the Contact page. Please state your invoice number and/or name and address and the reason for the return. I recommend you obtain a free 'Certificate of Posting' from the Post Office when you return your item. I cannot accept responsibility for returns lost or damaged in the post. The goods must be returned unused and in original condition for a refund. If unwanted goods are not in a saleable condition then a refund will not be provided. Refunds will be made by cheque and sent to you within 7 days of receipt of the returned item. Delivery charges and return postage charges are non refundable unless the goods are faulty. Unfortunately I cannot refund goods which are personalised, made to order or customised in any way unless they are faulty, as they are not able to be resold. In the unusual event that your product is faulty, please email sales@creatingcards.co.uk. On receipt of the faulty goods I will send you a replacement or provide you with a refund. I will also reimburse your return postage costs. This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Ordering
You can order cards via the website. Click on the card you would like to order and add it to your basket, you are able to edit the quantity from the basket. Once you have finished this process click on check out and follow the instructions from there. You can also email me any specific requirements you have and I will endeavour to meet your needs.
Payment
Payment can be made through Paypal, or by cheque. Please allow enough time for your cheque to clear if you prefer to pay this way.
Privacy Policy
"Personal data" is any data that identifies you. Personal data which you supply to me you agree will be true, complete and accurate in all respects. I will deal with your personal data in compliance with the current UK Data Protection legislation.
Sensitive personal data - I neither collect nor have access to any 'sensitive personal data' as defined by the Data Protection Act 1998.
